The venue was spacious enough to comfortably host all our guests while still feeling intimate and special. What truly stood out was how accommodating and flexible the team was. They worked with us every step of the way to ensure that transportation and logistics were seamless, making the planning process so much easier. Finding the venue was surprisingly straightforward, which was a huge plus for our guests. Every detail of the day was supported by the attentive staff, and it was clear they were as invested in our wedding being perfect as we were. "Dayna and Mallory at Woodland Gardens Event Venue were wonderful to work with. Their property on Vashon Island is beautiful and peaceful. Our wedding there felt effortless as we moved through the different spaces from ceremony to reception. They were knowledgeable about local vendors and helped walk us through the many aspects of wedding planning. I am forever grateful to them for sharing their stunning space with us for our special day!"

"I fell in love with Woodland Gardens the moment I saw the photos online. It was even better in person. It was the first venue I looked at for my wedding and the last. I didn’t need to see any other. It was perfect for a more intimate wedding and gave me the fairytale wedding of my dreams. Mallory and her team were so easy to work with and we truly could not have done it without them. Living out of state, it was near impossible for me to meet with vendors in WA, but Mallory took care of everything. Everything was quite literally perfect. I cannot recommend them enough!
It was nice that the venue already had the larger items we would need (like tables, lights, chairs, etc.) I haven’t received my official photos yet but just by the few people took with their phones, I can tell I absolutely made the right choice with Woodland Gardens and Mallory."

"Since our Wedding (End of July, 166 guests), I have received multiple compliments from guests about the location, and I agree with all of them. Mallory and Dayna were accommodating and knowledgeable about the industry and how to make the space fit the needs of any sized wedding. Because it is a raw space, I greatly appreciated the access I was given beforehand to show the family and then my coordinator around to plan out the space. The package we got was rehearsal time and the day of, which gave us enough time to set up. I would recommend their space for weddings of any size, reunions, or similar events. Highly customizable, and all of the "Rooms" made it so special."

"Woodland Gardens was the perfect venue to host our early September wedding. The venue is spacious and well maintained. Mallory and Dayna were such a pleasure to work with and were always responsive and understanding of our wants and needs. We loved the added benefit of being able to have access to the outdoor built-in bar. If you’re looking for a venue to host a garden party or a forest/fairy-tale themed wedding, look no further. Our guests had such an amazing time and were raving about how gorgeous the space was. Well worth the trip to Vashon. Thank you, Mallory and Dayna ❤️"

I cannot begin to share how GRATEFUL we are to have found and had our June 2024 wedding at Woodland Gardens with the wedding planning and coordination completed by their onsite wedding planner/ day of coordinator, Mallory. I want to start with Mallory because she made the whole experience. She was organized, created a space to hear and support the unique vision we wanted to do for our wedding, and she was so fun just to speak with. I had so many ideas and she continued to help me imagine how I could make them come to fruition. She had many tools for us to stay on the same page and in good communication. My husband and I live in San Diego so having an out of state wedding was daunting, but Mallory and her team gave us peace of mind that even if we are not physically there for our wedding that we could still make our dreams come true.
Now let's discuss the magic of this venue location, my husband and I have had many compliments from our guests letting us know that this venue location is by far the best venue and wedding location they have ever been to. I honestly want the photos to speak for themselves because they only scratch the surface of this beautiful place.

I’m so glad that I decided to have my wedding at Woodland Gardens! The venue is beautiful - fits all my imaginations of a PNW forest wedding; the owner always responds to our questions and requests quickly and professionally, which helped so much to alleviate my wedding-planning stress. Definitely a 5-star experience from start to finish!

This was a beautiful place to have an event! The people were great to work with and very helpful. Our guests made several comments on how comfortable and beautiful everything was. The setting was perfect. We had a High Tea wedding shower out doors on the upper lawn with a sweet little pond nestled off to the side and surrounded by evergreens, flowers and unique and beautiful plants. The space can safely handle any type of gathering. The way the garden "rooms" flow makes it great for a quaint little gathering or a larger event. Glad we chose them!
